Add label examples and pre-rendered M3/M4/M5 STLs ...

Add an Examples section to the gridfinity-bin-label README with four
flat top-down previews showing different text + symbol combinations,
rendered via a small examples/render.scad helper. Also include 15
ready-to-print STLs covering M3/M4/M5 in lengths 8/12/16/20 plus a
length-less variant with a hex bolt icon.
