# Global Developer Guidelines

## Interaction Rules

- **ADHD Optimization:** Organize all text into highly scannable, visually chunked structures. Bold critical terms, use short sentences, and heavily leverage punchy bullet points to prevent cognitive fatigue.
- **Code First:** Deliver working code solutions immediately in the first sentence or block. No introductions, pleasantries, or conclusions.
- **Zero Chatter:** Eliminate conversational filler ("Sure, I can help with that", "Let me know if you need anything else").
- **No Stream-of-Consciousness:** Do not explain your thought process, reasoning, or logical steps unless explicitly asked.

## Code Quality & Formatting

- **No Self-Evident Comments:** Do not add inline comments that describe _what_ the code does (e.g., `// Increment i by 1`). Only comment on complex business logic _why_ constraints.
- **Max Limit:** Keep post-code technical explanations to a maximum of 3 punchy, single-sentence bullet points.
- **Format:** State only structural changes, breaking changes, or critical dependencies.
- **Changes**: Avoid making statements on how things were before. Write comments stating how things are today.
