Parametric dust cover that clips onto the outer rim of a standard 1kg
(200mm) filament spool. Features diagonal clip ramps for supportless
printing and customizable dimensions for different spool sizes.

Filament Spool Cover

A circular dust cover that clips onto the outer rim of a filament spool. Snap-fit clips around the perimeter grip the spool edge to hold the cover in place.

Cover

`skirt_wall`	1.2 mm	Thickness of the skirt wall

Clips

`clip_arc`	15 deg	Angular width of each clip
`clip_lip_depth`	1.5 mm	Depth of the clip lip that hooks under the rim

Quality

`resolution`	120	Number of facets for circular geometry

Print Notes

Print flat (disc face down) with no supports needed.
Use a flexible filament (TPU/TPE) for easier snap-on, or PLA/PETG for a rigid fit.
Adjust clip_clearance if the fit is too tight or loose for your spool brand.
